After reviewing the various sections, it was observed that the most interesting area that I found was the materials that were present on AQIP. There were different categories that helped in understanding the importance of making students get to learn a better knowledge of how to provide a good level of planning and leading the work. The organizational process that has been selected involves human resources and the main reason that I selected this topic is that I have been quite interested in this topic since a long period of time.
